Blockage number three this week - Newly built home handed over with clients saying their toilets and sinks drain quite slow along with a gurgling.
After using the CCTV reel, we found construction rubble & plastic throughout the drain, a quick high-pressure jet cleaned out the sewer drain of all foreign matter. We CCTV the drain after the hydro clean and made sure the drain was clear of any obstructions and presented new for our client.

Internal burst pipes can occur for numerous reasons however the most common one we come across is damaged flexible hoses underneath sinks & basins.
We recommend keeping an eye out for any signs of rust to your water lines due to water spillage from the around the sink or basin. We also suggest having your water pressures checked at your water meter.
This emergency call-out was later in the evening as the clients sat down for dinner, not the best situation however luckily the clients were home at the time.
