TRARALGON RECREATION RESERVE
Construction of the Multi Purpose Pavilion at the Traralgon Recreation Reserve in Whitakers Road was completed in May 2026.
After many years without changerooms for the Traralgon Football & Netball Club and other user groups following the 2021 floods, it was fantastic to see this long-awaited project finally come to fruition. The new pavilion has been built above the flood level, helping to provide a more resilient facility for the future.
A key feature of the project was the inclusion of a dedicated space for the
Traralgon Boxing Club along with female changerooms for the Netballers and Youth Girls Footballers, ensuring the facility better caters to the needs of all users.
The Pavilion has been a welcome addition to the Traralgon Recreation Reserve and will serve the community for many years to come

CATHOLIC COLLEGE SALE
St Patrick's Building Refurbishment
LANGDEN Constructions are proud to have been awarded the contract for the refurbishment and extension of the St. Patrick's Building at Catholic College Sale.
Works include a strip out and refurbishment of the existing building, with the addition of a 2-storey extension which will provide for a more functional building consisting of 15 general purpose learning areas, open workspaces, offices and amenities.
Working in conjunction with Y2 Architecture , LANGDEN are looking forward to bringing this 100+ year old building back to life.

GLENGARRY PRE SCHOOL
Construction of the Glengarry Preschool was completed in December 2025. The building is centred around a 40 child learning space along with new amenities, kitchen, storage and office. Working alongside local subcontractors meant that this project was completed on time and to a high standard.
