Sinclair Contracting is seeking expressions of interest for a full time Administrator/Scheduler based in Traralgon.

We're a local business working across Gippsland, and we're on the lookout for someone organized, reliable & easy to work with to support our team.

What the role involves:
● Answering phones & customer enquiries
● Scheduling jobs & supporting day-to-day operations
● Preparing quotes, invoices & general admin
● Managing emails & office tasks
● Supporting the team across multiple projects

We're looking for someone who is:
● Organized & detail-focused
● Confident dealing with customers & contractors
● Has previous experience in administration
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Able to work independently

Full time position - Traralgon based

Last night the team attended the Australian Fencing Awards.
A fantastic evening bringing together so many people across the fencing industry.

We were proud to be named finalists in the Industrial / Commercial category.
While we didn’t take home the win, it’s a great achievement to be recognized at that level and amongst such high-quality work across the country.

We’re proud to be part of an industry that continues to raise the bar, and events like this are a great reminder of the people behind it all.
