DOUBLE VICTORY FOR VIRTUE 🏆

Last Friday night representatives of our team here at Virtue Homes travelled to RACV Cape Schanck Resort to attend the annual Housing Industry Association - HIA Awards. A wonderful night celebrating the achievements of many custom home builders across the region, and a chance to network and connect with likeminded industry professionals, Virtue was extremely thrilled to walk away with two first place awards.

Our gorgeous "Airlie Home" project won 'Best Custom Home up to $750k', and our spectacular "Hilltop House" was awarded 'Best Green Smart Sustainable Home'.

CONTEMPORARY RANCH HOMES

Upon hearing the word "ranch" people often picture a classically styled home; an American midwestern ranch home with a barn, timber clad, architraves to the windows. But a ranch home doesn't have to be something out of
Yellowstone or The Little House on the Prairie. Ranch-style homes can be ultramodern, featuring innovative design components that contrast the misconception that a ranch home has to be classic in style and situated on acreage.

A ranch home is defined by its floor plan layout, not its aesthetic style. Ranch homes are wide and short, as opposed to the more traditional suburban home that features a thinner facade and runs deeper into the lot. Ranch homes feature low rooflines and open living spaces inside, often sectioning bedrooms and additional spaces into 'wings'. HAPPY FRIDAY HANDOVER

A couple of weeks back we had the privilege and pleasure of welcoming this lovely couple (and their fur baby, Skye 🐾) to their new home in Drouin.

This exquisite project sits proudly on the corner of its street, overlooking adjacent parkland. A unique home that manages to make the dark tones and finishes feel cosy and homely. As with every Virtue Hoems project, this home is as unique as the family it has been built for, including special touches that make it truly theirs.
