New Project | Homestyle Aged Care Ferntree Gully

Were pleased to officially announce BFN Developments latest project in Ferntree Gully for our highly valued client Homestyle Aged Care, working alongside smith+tracey architects

Works are well under with the team progressing through the groundwork stage and our first ground floor slab is to be poured in the first week of October.

A strong start by everyone involved and we're looking forward to seeing this one come out of the ground in the coming months.

Project Completion. ✅
The new Kay Street Multi-Level Car Park for Latrobe City Council was completed earlier this year, providing improved parking capacity and accessibility in the heart of Traralgon.
A big thank you to Latrobe City Council for being a fantastic client and trusted project partner throughout the journey.

Project complete - St Paul's Drouin P2 📚

In late 2025, the team completed Stage 2 at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School – Drouin Campus. These new facilities further enhance what is already an outstanding and growing campus. It was a pleasure working with St Paul’s once again—well done to everyone involved.
