Anyone can post photos of crystal-clear water and fancy landscaping. But the quality of a swimming pool is determined long before the excavation even starts.
This photo shows a proper site investigation in progress.
Before we ever put a machine on site, we're checking:
✔️ Soil conditions and bearing capacity.
✔️ Groundwater levels.
✔️ Proposed pool location and finished heights.
✔️ Setbacks from boundaries and easements.
✔️ Drainage and surface water flow.
✔️ Excavation depths and stability.
✔️ Any hidden issues that could affect the installation years down the track.
Skipping these steps might save a few hours today, but it can lead to movement, cracking, drainage problems, or expensive rectification later.
