We're proud to announce that Ruswin has been awarded the services and maintenance contract for the Gallagher Security system in place at Cassowary Coast Regional Council.

This opportunity reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, proactive security maintenance across regional Queensland. As a Gallagher-certified security provider, Ruswin has the capability and technical expertise to support and maintain Gallagher systems to the required standards.

Our team will provide ongoing preventative maintenance, responsive service and support for future security projects, helping ensure Council's security systems remain well maintained and continue to meet its evolving needs.

Going the distance for regional security.

Delivering security solutions across regional and remote Queensland often involves much more than the work completed on site.

Recently, our Mt Isa team travelled more than 5½ hours to deliver security maintenance works for a regional community, improving the site's mechanical security and creating a simpler, more manageable keying solution.

And that regional commitment continues.

Our Rockhampton and Emerald teams are also working together on another regional project, combining SALTO access control and electronic security expertise to deliver an integrated solution.

Projects like these highlight what regional service really involves.
Distance, travel, accommodation, technician availability and coordinating expertise across locations all need to come together to get the right outcome for the customer.

Having local teams across regional Queensland means we're not trying to support these customers from hundreds of kilometres away. We can bring together local knowledge, specialist capability and practical, on-the-ground support when it's needed.

What a fantastic few days at QME 2026!

QME was a great opportunity to showcase how Ruswin brings together industry-leading technologies to deliver complete solutions, from CCTV and electronic security to key management and audio-visual systems.
