If you've notice any leaks, here's 5 TIPS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY ROOF and help reduce any future problems⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Keep trees trimmed and away from the roof⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Clean your gutters regularly⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Check flashings and roof vents regularly⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Have damaged roof sheets replaced immediately⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Regular roof inspections – At least once a year! (preferably not during the wet season)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

❌Never pour cooking grease or oil down the drain, it will solidify inside your pipes and cause major clogs.
✅Let grease solidify and dispose of it in the rubbish.

TIP: For minor clogs, use a plunger or a mixture of baking soda, vinegar, and hot water, rather than harsh chemical cleaners.
