The boys have started the week by finishing off a project not only we’re stoked with, but the clients are too!
The site consisted of a slight sloping, unutilized block leaving the clients unable to take advantage of the empty outdoor space with their 2 beautiful children.
TATS excavated the land level and constructed a 2 block high sandstone retaining wall with drainage to ensure no build up of water. 2m wide sandstone stairway from the patio area to backyard. Beautifully paired with a courtyard/fire pit area fantastic for entertaining or sitting around with the kids roasting marshmallows!
Finishing off with the front construction by landscaping around existing driveway and stairs to result in 1 grade from house slab to the top of the front sandstone block area.
2m x 500 x 500 A grade sandstone blocks were used during this project.
