We’re excited for the community to experience our latest project at Rathmines!

However, over the past few weeks, we’ve had some unauthorised visitors who have caused graffiti and damage to the new facilities. We kindly ask for the community's help in encouraging kids and teens to stay out of the site until it’s officially ready. Any damage unfortunately delays the opening and enjoyment of the space for everyone.

Plant Allocator role available

We are seeking a detail-orientated individual with an understanding or previous experience working with plant and equipment to fulfill a full-time role allocating plant and machinery to variety of jobs.

Previous Experience and Abilities:
- Preferably have worked with or have an understanding of plant and machinery terminology and requirements (mostly in regards to excavators ranging from 1.7 tonne to 22 tonne)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to discuss hire options with confidence
- High standard of organisation skills
- A good understanding and ability to use Microsoft office products, cloud-based systems, computers, and ipads.
- Self-motivated with the ability to determine priorities and multitask.
- Forklift licence is preferable or willingness to undertake training.

The Role:
- Allocate plant and operators to ensure we are meeting our hire agreements.
- Ensure plant is maintained and registers updated
- Communicate with operators and other administration staff on job requirements
- Create positive relationships with hiring agencies and site supervisors to ensure continuity of hire
- Confidently pursue further hire opportunities
- Maintain depot to a high standard
