Big milestone at Mt Rascal this morning! 🏡🚧

A busy day on site with two major achievements reached at once. The 333m² polished concrete lower level has been poured, and the frame delivery has arrived, keeping this impressive two-storey home moving full steam ahead.

With the slab now down and the frame materials on site, the team is set to start standing the frame tomorrow, marking another exciting step in bringing this home to life.

Great work by all trades involved in making it happen.

🏡 Mt Rascal Project Update – Slab Pour Tomorrow!

We’re excited to be pouring the slab tomorrow for another fantastic custom home in the beautiful hills of Mt Rascal. 👷‍♂️🚜

After extensive earthworks, retaining walls, and site preparation, it’s great to see this project reach such a significant milestone. The team has worked hard to get everything ready, and tomorrow we’ll be laying the foundation that this stunning home will be built on.

With incredible views and a fantastic location, this is going to be a very special project, and we can’t wait to share its progress as construction moves ahead.
