75km, sore legs, and big smiles! 😅🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
Directors Renee and James have officially completed the 75km trek—and yes, we’re still smiling (mostly because it’s over)!
It wasn’t easy. There were blisters, hills, and moments where we questioned our life choices... but every step was worth it. Pushing through the tough parts made the finish line feel even more rewarding.
Thanks to everyone who supported us along the way. Here’s to setting big goals, getting a little uncomfortable, and proving to ourselves what we’re capable of.
Now, where’s the ice pack?

This weekend, Director of CBSQ, James and Office Manager, Renee will be taking part in the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation Trek the Trail. Over 2 days they will trek 75km from Yarraman to Toogoolawah on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. The trek aims to raise vital funds to support the Regional Cancer Centre in setting up an Exercise Physiologist Program as part of the amazing facilties they offer our region for anyone going through a cancer journey.
