One of the best decisions we’ve made at Matchett Constructions is implementing a 4-day work week.

For our team, it means a 3-day weekend every week—while still hitting their 40 hours and getting the job done properly.

For our family, it’s been a game changer.

It gives Jess more flexibility with her work, and it means I can be around more—school drop-offs, pick-ups, and moments like this that you don’t get back.
