🚛🏗️ Another modular home installed!

Today we completed the installation of this 12m x 3m, 2-bedroom modular, and what an incredible crane lift it was! Watching these homes float into place never gets old.

This project has been a great example of how streamlined modular construction can be. From MCU planning approvals through to Building Approval, everything was completed before installation, meaning the home is now in position and ready for:
✅ Service connections
✅ Deck construction
✅ Final finishing touches

In no time, this will become either a fantastic home for extended family or a quality passive income investment.

It’s always rewarding seeing months of planning come together in a single day of installation. Huge thanks to everyone involved from the planning team through to the transport, crane crew and installers for another smooth lift.

This little home has been patiently waiting for its journey to begin!

Unfortunately, the recent wet weather across South East Queensland has slowed things down, but not for much longer. This 2-bedroom modular home is almost ready to head off to its new family and start its next chapter.
At the same time, our Concept Modulars family continues to grow.

We're proud to announce that we'll be expanding into new locations next month as we continue rolling out our licensing network across Australia. With exciting opportunities already underway in North Queensland and the Pilbara region of Western Australia, the future is looking bigger than ever.

It's an exciting season for our team, our partners, and the families who trust us to deliver quality modular homes.

Honestly… a mag drill is one of those tools that just makes you appreciate good gear.

Locks itself onto the steel, drills clean, accurate holes, and turns what would normally be a painful job into something quick and satisfying.

There’s something pretty cool about watching a machine clamp on, hold steady, and just punch through steel like it was made for it.

Simple tool. Big impact.
