Underlying problems under your Tiled Roof when people don’t know what they are doing.

They can cause a great deal of damage to your sarking to the structure of your home and your ceiling cavity.
Most of the time you don’t even realise things are wrong until it’s too late.
This is what we see on a daily basis where people have done things on a tile roof that are incorrect.
Be very mindful who you let on your Tile Roof if he’s not a qualified Roof Tiler DON’T let him/her up there. even then do a bit of research.

Police are warning Queensland residents to remain vigilant following reports of travelling roof restoration scammers operating across the state.

The network targets elderly and vulnerable residents, offering low-cost roof maintenance, tile replacement, or cleaning services. Signs that scammers are in an area include flyers, signage, or door-to-door promotions advertising unusually cheap work.

Wow 140 litres of paint lost count of the primer 2 boom lifts 1 @ 85 foot 1 @ 60 foot and only just enough reach 😅

Fixon has done some big jobs since it started back in 2011. But I think we have the winner for the biggest full restoration 2,100 + square metres, 1,050 of capping 700 lineal metres of Gutter. And now we have the before and after from google looking good 👀
