I get a lot of “You’re hiring again?” questions… and yes. Yes, I am. 😂

And here’s why.

These are real people and real homes that we are trusted to walk into and clean. When someone pays my company to clean their home, I want the job DONE. No shortcuts. No excuses. No “good enough.” I want it meticulously cleaned.

My clients deserve a clean home, and that’s exactly what they’re going to get.

If I constantly have to go behind someone, show them over and over how something needs to be done, and it still isn’t being done… it’s not going to work.

If something is accidentally broken and I’m not told about it, but I discover it during a walkthrough… it’s not going to work.

If someone is consistently late or unreliable… it’s not going to work.

My clients deserve 100%. Not 50%. Not 70%. Not 90%. Not even 99%.

They deserve consistent, reliable, meticulous cleans every single time.

And at the end of the day, this is MY company. When someone walks into a client’s home representing Bond Clean Lawn Xtreme, their actions reflect back on me and my business.

I know no company is perfect, and mistakes happen. I’m not expecting perfection from people, I’m expecting accountability, communication, reliability, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right.

So yes… I will continue hiring until I have the team I know my clients deserve.

And I already have one who is my DIAMON & the other who is my Lab-grown diamond 🥰. S😘They know exactly what I expect, they work there ass’s off, they communicate, they are reliable, and I never have to wonder if the job is going to be done right.

I’m not hiring just to have bodies on my team. I’m building a team I can TRUST.

And I’ll keep looking until I have it. 💙
