Hi everyone.

This week is Men’s Health Week and I have taken upon the privilege of raising money and awareness for Prostate Cancer. I am doing this through the charity organisation “Walk For Him”.

I have endeavoured to walk 30km during Men’s Health Week (15/6-21/6). I am smashing it and am hoping to hit 50km by the end of the week.

Prostate cancer is a disease that will impact 1 in 5 men in their lifetime. I think we’ve all been touched by this disease, whether it’s been a friend, father, brother, son or husband.

🏉 State of Origin kind of a day. Keep the rivalry alive. Mate vs mate.

🌳 Dropped a QLD tree today. It started well. Got off to a great start for the first 60 mins then a limb made some head contact. All went down hill from there. BLUE sky came out and won the day.
