We’re on the lookout for a Qualified Landscaper, Experienced Tradesperson or Skilled Labourer to join our growing team in a full-time position!

📍 Location: Work is predominantly based throughout South Gippsland and Bass Coast, with occasional work in Melbourne (accommodation provided when required).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ Hardworking, reliable and takes pride in their work

✔️ Previous experience in landscaping, construction or a similar hands-on trade

✔️ Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

✔️ Able to work both independently and as part of a team

✔️ Positive attitude, good work ethic and willingness to learn

✔️ Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

✔️ Experience operating machinery and equipment would be an advantage

✔️ Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence would be a bonus, but isn’t essential

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be involved in a wide variety of landscaping and outdoor construction projects, including retaining walls, paving, decking, fencing, earthworks, drainage, turf installation and more.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and wants to be part of a hardworking, down-to-earth team.

📍 INVERLOCH | A PROJECT IN PROGRESS

It’s always a pleasure to have returning clients, especially when they trust us to transform another property!

We’ve recently completed the first stage of landscaping at this beautiful rural property in Inverloch, making the most of the natural surroundings while creating practical, inviting outdoor spaces.

Works completed so far include:

* Installation of Corten steel garden edging
* Construction of timber steps with compacted toppings
* Preparation and installation of toppings areas
* Creation of a dedicated fire pit area
* Mulching of extensive garden beds around the established trees

This property will be transformed in stages, and we’re looking forward to seeing it all come together as the project progresses.

We’ve been a little MIA on socials lately… but definitely not MIA on the tools! 🌿

Here’s a recently completed job in Foster.

We gave the driveway a freshen up with pink toppings, finished with steel edging to create those clean lines and curves.

Around the house, we created a really versatile space that can be used as a pathway, outdoor seating area or even a spot for a fire pit 🔥

The new garden beds are also ready to go, with the clients planning to have a crack at growing some of their own veggies 🥕🌱

A simple, practical finish that works beautifully with the established garden and character of the property.

Part 2 of the Devon North project involved repairing a severely damaged driveway that had not received maintenance in some time, which required digging out all drains, grading the track to fill ruts, and re-sheeting with bluestone crushed rock.
