🏗️ Project Spotlight | Thrumster Business Park.

We’re proud to be delivering two 10m x 43m skillion portal buildings at Thrumster Business Park in Port Macquarie.

Home to 14 industrial units across the two buildings, each building features roller doors, PA access, precast concrete panels and Colorbond cladding, with additional security features including latch guards to PA and fire doors.

It’s great to be part of Port Macquarie’s first master-planned eco-friendly business park and another quality project delivered by the WRS team.

This delivery includes a great variety of heights and shapes, including a number of curved panels. Another great testament to the versatility of precast concrete.

There's nothing quite like being invited back.

After successful completion of the KFC Huntlee and Cameron Park projects, WRS and APPS were again selected to provide the structural steel and precast concrete package for the new KFC Jesmond.

Replacing the existing restaurant currently located at the Stockland site, the project features:
• 63 structural load-bearing precast panels
• 22 tonnes of structural steel
• Custom rolled steel sections engineered to support the curved wall

The curved exterior is the defining feature of this project, demonstrating how innovative design, precision manufacturing and trusted collaboration deliver outstanding results.
