Light in the tiled roof made me want to check the roof. However was 3 storeys high. Lucky I provide drone imaging when necessary and possible.

This is real risk. Braided water lines are a wear item and not a forever item.
My accountant shared their first hand story with me about how a failure of this inexpensive part caused extensive flood damage to their home. I make sure I check and report on, when doing a pre purchase inspection.
Corroded or kinked Braided lines are a defect.
How many dollars do you spend on insurance?
For much less dollars, do the maintenance.
Better to fix now, than haggle with your insurer later.

This buyer was glad they got a thorough inspection. But no real signs inside. This is why if I can get under a bathroom, I do. It is a key and critical part of a pre purchase inspection.
