ALBATROSS AVE | Two Sites, Two Stages
There’s nothing quite like demo day.

On one side No. 90 is coming down as we prepare to start from the ground up. Next door at No. 92, the structure is well and truly taking shape, with the development now progressing above ground.

Two very different stages happening side by side and plenty of progress ahead for Albatross Ave.

ALBATROSS AVE | Site Update
Momentum is building across both sites at Albatross Ave.

At No. 90, demolition is now underway ahead of piling and basement works commencing. Next door at No. 92, the ground floor slab and blockwork are complete, with formworkers and steel fixers now progressing the level above.
With the crane onsite and steel going in, preparations are underway for the next suspended slab pour in the coming weeks.

Two sites. Multiple stages. One development continuing to take shape in Mermaid Beach.

DENMAN ST | Site Introduction
Works are officially underway at our newest Greenslopes development.
Following the site cut and removal of approximately 2,000m³ of material, the team is now progressing retaining wall footings before civil plumbing begins for the new sewer, water and stormwater services.

With wall construction set to commence next, the foundations are being laid for six new villas at Denman Street.

We’ll be following the project as it progresses from the ground up.
