Comprising a renovated character home at the front and three new residences behind, Groove managed the BA planning on behalf of the developer before delivering the civil works and construction across the site.

ALBATROSS AVE | Site Update
Construction continues to progress well at Albatross Ave, with another major milestone reached.

All ground floor footings and under-slab plumbing have now been completed, while the basement has been fully waterproofed, shotcreted, and blockwork finished. The team is now preparing the slab for tomorrow’s concrete pour, marking another significant step forward in this boutique Mermaid Beach development.

With each stage building on the last, Albatross continues to take shape as Groove Properties’ first Gold Coast apartment development.

EVERTON HILLS | Site Update
Momentum continues across our 25-townhouse development at Everton Hills, with multiple stages of construction progressing simultaneously.

The rear blocks are entering the final stages, with cladding complete, scaffolding removed, and internal finishes well underway. Tiling and cabinetry have been completed, while painting is now in progress.
Across the middle of the site, one block has reached roof stage and is preparing for cladding, while the adjoining block is nearing completion of framing ahead of roof installation. At the front of the development, steel work has commenced and framing is now underway.

With each stage moving forward in sequence, Everton Hills continues to demonstrate Groove’s capability to efficiently deliver large-scale townhouse developments.
