Got this big one done this week while the weather was 👌, offloaded 25 TON of old tiles and replaced with PALE EUCALYPT 🍃 roof, fascia & gutters, thanks to .sheds & for the much needed chop out 🤝 stay tuned that’s not all we’ve been up to this week 🤫🤫🤫

** OUT OF PURE RESPECT FOR ALL SKY BRICKYS (roof tilers) I’m not going to show how bad this tile roof aged in just 12 YEARS! Why go through the pain of constant maintenance & cracked tiles when you can have the TOUGH, SLEEK, DURABLE, MAINTENANCE FREE MONUMENT magic, was also a great chance to get some anticon blanket and a couple of whirly birds in 👌looking forward to finishing off with some new monument gutters to boot 💯

Took the curve outta this one, and installed DOVER WHITE .48 trimdeck & gutters along with some new laserlite to freshen up front virranda 👌
