It’s Marto Monday ⚡👷🏼‍♂️

Marto’s back, and today we’re on a Hotondo Homes job with two units getting their underground sorted.

We’ve got the main board out the front, with a separate phase allocated to each unit. Board braced up, quick-set concrete going in, and everything secured ready for the next step.

Another one ticked off and ready to be livened up. 👌⚡

From farmhouse to modern country living ⚡🏡

A full revamp of this old farm homestead, bringing a fresh, modern feel while still sitting beautifully within its rural surrounds.

The home has been opened up with vaulted ceilings and open-plan living, a dedicated TV and theatre room, and a beautiful front balcony overlooking the landscape. The lighting throughout the home has been thoughtfully designed to suit the new spaces, with feature lighting adding to the overall feel and sensor wall lights along the hallway bringing a practical touch.

Outside, feature lighting helps highlight the home and its surroundings, bringing everything together as the sun goes down.

A great example of modern living in a rural setting and a pretty special project for the team to be part of.

It’s Tech Dec Takeover Time⚡👷🏼‍♂️

With Monday being the public holiday, Marto Monday has been hijacked once again, this time by Declan. 👀

Today we’re fitting off a 9-bedroom Hadar Home, and there’s plenty going on across this one.

Emergency lighting, a communal kitchen with two wall ovens, and each bedroom set up with its own kitchenette, bathroom and TV point, so you can kick back and watch from bed. 📺

Outside, each room has its own area with a simple power point and bunker light. Practical, simple and everything you need.

Another big fit-off for the crew. ⚡️
