Nath is a Part Owner of Baygrove Homes and our Operations Manager - with over a decade of experience in the residential construction industry, Nath brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and practical expertise to every project. He plays a vital role in overseeing the day to day running of the business while ensuring our clients receive the guidance and support they need throughout their building journey.

With a keen eye for design and functionality, Nath helps clients identify practical improvements and clever solutions that can improve the way they live in their home. Whether it's improving the flow of a floorplan, maximising storage, or making the most of a particular block, he works closely with our clients to ensure their plans are not only beautiful but functional too.

What is the first thing you’d do if you won the lottery? Book a holiday for the family and buy a boat!

What feature do clients never regret including? Adding storage - you can never have enough of it. From walk in pantries to walk in linens and broom cupboards, homeowners never regret adding more storage space.

What’s your ideal weekend getaway? Camping with the family or being somewhere on a river with friends.

What would you be doing if you weren’t working in construction? Probably something hands on but still people focused - maybe running a small business or working in property.

Beach or bush? I love them both but the older I get I am starting to lean towards preferring the peacefulness of the bush.

🏠 Welcome to Part 3 of our Meet The Team Series - Meet Jordy!

As Director and part owner of Baygrove Designer Homes, Jordy is passionate about delivering quality homes and creating memorable client experiences.

A licensed builder, and a lifetime spent around the industry, he brings extensive hands on experience and a genuine passion for building and client experience.

Best known for his approachable nature and dedication to achieving the best outcome, Jordy works closely with our clients to turn their vision into a home they'll love for years to come!

✨ Q&A with Jordy:

What's one feature each home should include? A functional kitchen with lots of bench space. Kitchens are naturally where people gather so it needs to be practical and well laid out!

Something you love to do outside of work? Taking day trips up and down the Mid North Coast, whether it's inland to explore the bush or escaping the crowds in the surf, I love it all.

Ideal holiday destination? I would love to go back to Austria to spend more time exploring the Alps and mountain villages.

Favourite sport and team you support? I'll watch just about any sport but I follow the NRL & AFL closely and support the Roosters & the Swans.

One piece of advice you would give to anyone building? Make a list of your non-negotiables before you start designing. Focus on the key features that will have the biggest impact on how you live your life day to day. Invest in these priorities and you can make compromises elsewhere if needed. For me, this would be the making sure I have the perfect kitchen and alfresco area to suit my lifestyle.
