Not sure if your home contains asbestos? If it was built before 1990 it’s better to be safe than sorry and have asbestos testing done before you start renovating.

Know the difference 🔎
Friable asbestos is soft, easily damaged, and highly likely to release fibres when disturbed.
Non-friable asbestos is hard and bonded with other materials and less likely to release fibres.
