The exterior is now coming into focus as the prefabricated blue steel frame is fully expressed, defining the building’s form and structural rhythm. Its precision-fabricated elements have enabled rapid assembly on site, accelerating the program while ensuring consistency, quality and reduced material waste.⁠
⁠
The lightweight system spans efficiently across the floor plates, allowing generous internal volumes and future flexibility for medical and commercial tenancies. As the façade build-up progresses, the frame begins to articulate the project’s massing against the coastal backdrop, with framed views emerging across the bay.⁠

With the primary structure in place, attention now turns to façade layering and envelope detailing as we move closer to external completion.⁠

Site Update | Frankston

We’re off to a strong start to the year across our projects, In Frankston construction is ramping up and the project is reaching lock-up stage, alongside services rough-in being well underway.

This five-level mixed-use development continues to take shape, bringing together medical suites, retail, commercial tenancies and premium penthouse residences in the heart of this bayside precinct. With the building envelope secured, the focus now shifts to refining the internal spaces and progressing key services infrastructure that will support the building’s long-term performance and functionality.

A huge thank you to our dedicated team and consultants for maintaining momentum on site and driving the program forward. We’re looking forward to seeing the next phase unfold as internal works accelerate in the coming months.

Site Update & End of Year Review | Frankston

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the team 🎄
It’s been a strong finish to the year on site, with our Frankston project officially topping out — a major milestone for this innovative mixed-use development by the bay.

With the framework now at its full height, Santa has even found time to take a well-earned break on our project — a fitting moment to pause and reflect on the incredible progress achieved by the crew throughout the year.

We’re proud of the teams on our various projects for their continued commitment to quality and momentum as we wrap up the year.

Please note, we will be closed from Friday 19 December and returning Monday 12 January. We look forward to kicking off the new year and sharing the next chapter of this build and other exciting projects in 2026.

Completed mid-year, The Haddon in Glen Iris is a distinctive multi-residential development that celebrates the beauty of heritage while introducing much-needed housing diversity to Melbourne’s inner suburbs.

At the forefront of the design is the restored 1910s heritage-listed home — the hero of the site and a welcoming gateway to the contemporary residences beyond. Set discreetly towards the rear are ten north-facing apartments across three levels, each featuring refined finishes, open-plan living, and a seamless indoor–outdoor connection.

This unique development showcases how heritage appreciation and modern living can coexist, delivering both architectural character and thoughtful housing solutions for the community.
