Before any piece of joinery heads out the door, it goes through a final check, every edge, every joint, every finish inspected against the spec.

It's the last line of defence between the workshop and the client. And it's non-negotiable.

This is the part of the process nobody sees, but it's the part that makes everything else worth it.

The Eltham house is a project close to our hearts, a beautiful family home for one of our own. With the finish line in sight, we had all hands on deck for the final push to get this family through the door.

The finish is where the craft really shows.

This is the final stage before a piece leaves our workshop, applying the finish by hand, ensuring every grain, edge, and joint is treated with the same level of care as the joinery itself.

It's a slower process, but it's non-negotiable. The right finish protects the timber, brings out its natural character, and is often the difference between a piece that looks good on day one and one that still looks incredible years down the track.

Our workshop runs on controlled workflow systems, daily production tracking, go/no-go quality checkpoints, and carefully managed work-in-progress.

Every job has a clear place in the process. Every stage is monitored. Nothing moves forward unless it's ready.

It might look like a lot of paper and numbers, but this is the system behind some of the shortest lead times in the industry, without compromising on quality.
