So had to rip back up to Rockhampton tonight to resupply and thought why not have a feed at The Caves Hotel QLD given it is local and I have nothing out...... OMFG!!! 15 OUT OF 10!!!! That must have been the best steak I've ever had. Now let's break it down not just roll a compliment. The chips, crispy on the outside, hot, not over done. The veges, maybe on the light side but hey im a big bloke so realistically probably perfectly balanced, perfectly cooked, still had crunch, not soggy. I chose the creamy pepper sauce, um, can I have the recipe? Unbelievable!. The steak.... I got the 400gm med rare. If that wasn't the best cooked most tender steak I've ever had, well shoot me down. The absolute best feed I've ever had, and I wasn't even meant to be here!

Do yourself a favour. If you're around, call in!

We don't mind if you call either number, just bare in mind, if Tony is drilling, it can be hard to hear. If you cant get through it probably means we are both flat out helping someone. Just send a message, either text or DM, the choice is yours. We are currently finishing up in the Calliope area and moving south. Don't stress if we move past, we can always fit you in. After a busy week we are reloading and preparing to hit the road south! We are having 4 days off and will be on the road on Monday. With dozens of bores on the list we will get to you all.

On Sunday, Tony with have the charity car (My Daddy's Tractor) that we sponsor for the Cancer Council, back at home here in Rockhampton and fundraising up at the Caves Hotel, so stop in and say hi if your around.
