North Avoca // Pre Slab

A lot goes into these stages before the concrete gets poured.

At this point, a large portion of the services supplying both the ground floor and first floor are already being installed, so there’s a fair bit of planning and coordination involved to make sure everything is where it needs to be before the grey gold goes down.

Working through layouts, penetrations, conduit runs and future allowances alongside the builder, architect and clients to make sure it’s all thought through early.

Keeping aligned and standards high 🙌🏼

Bit of behind the scenes from our monthly toolbox meeting.

Warehouse cleaned up, vans sorted, BBQ breakfast with the team, then into the meeting together.

These mornings are important for us. A chance to review the month that’s been, talk through what was done well, where we can improve, and make sure everyone’s on the same page heading into another busy month ahead.

Off-form concrete throughout meant everything had to be planned early, no changes once it’s poured. Just getting it right the first time.

Projects like this are where early collaboration matters most. We work closely with clients to ensure fittings, locations, and layouts are all considered upfront.
