Works included concrete breakout and preparation, treatment of exposed reinforcement, concrete repairs and protective waterproof coatings to deteriorated external concrete elements.

Full waterproofing system to this downstairs area soon to be a studio. They had been getting water into the area with heavy rains. All walls coated with Gripset C1P, including clear siloxane sprayed onto exterior brickwork. Floors coated with Gripset E60 epoxy primer & 2x coats of Gripset P39. Ready for door threshold angle and sliding door to go back in. Then they can finish off the fitout, knowing that it will be sealed for good!
