This is our design for Daniel (Jack) Cowin's house at Sunnyside, Tenterfield.
Using this program we are able to sit down and design a house to suit our customers needs with a 3D walk through. It allows us to show how the room layout will work with furniture and fixtures in place.
Once the design is confirmed by the customer we prepare drawings for certification and council approval.

The New England Developments crew downed tools today to proudly sponsor the local charity golf day in support of the Westpac Lifesaver Helicopter. We spent a bit of time at the 19th hole with the guest player/speaker, former Australian fast bowler Jeff Thomson. A great day for a great cause.
