Sending a big shoutout to Alec, our go-to guy when things get busy! The legend with his own carpentry biz who still somehow finds time to swoop in and save the day when we need it most 👏

He started off quiet as a mouse – barely said a word, just nodded and got to work. Now, He’s part of the furniture. He might run his own show, but he never hesitates to roll up in his high-vis cape and help us out when we’re in need🔨.

From shy guy to site saviour, we’re stoked to have him as part of our extended crew. You’re a legend 👏🧰

Meet Will

Shoutout to Will, who completed 2 weeks work experience with us! 👏
Will jumped right in, gave everything a go, and brought such a positive attitude to the team.
With that being said Will wanted to further his career in the building industry.

We would like to congratulate Will, who was a successful applicant for taking on a carpentry apprenticeship with us.

We asked Will a few questions:

What attracted you to peruse a building career?

The work experience I completed was really good and fun so I thought I’d give it a go.

Is there a part of the building process that you find the most satisfying?

I really enjoyed sheeting sheds.

What do you like more – the planning or the hands-on part?
Hands on part, because I’ve always been really good with my hands 🙌😂

Well done Will, Congrats on swapping school books for tool belts – the timber life has officially begun.

With an increased workload We are seeking individuals who are motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. We value attitude and work ethic above all else, and we’re willing to provide apprenticeship opportunities for those who demonstrate the right qualities.

Requirements:
* Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
* Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks

* Reliable and punctual
* Drivers licence (not essential)
* White card
* Experience in construction is a plus but not required
* Willingness to work away from home when required

On Tuesday these two boys were lucky enough to celebrate their birthday on the same day, we would just like to wish Jake & Alex a happy birthday.
We won’t say who’s older but they definitely both bring there own special something to our crew😂 (what that is, we don’t know yet)
