📣 The rafters are in, and this build is really starting to take shape.

⭐ It’s easy to see the progress, but behind every stage is a team of skilled tradies putting in the work to make it happen.

💪 From the concreters who got the slab right, to the carpenters bringing the frame and roof together, every trade plays an important part. It takes planning, experience and hard work to get each stage done properly.

🏗️ Rafters are in, and next up is getting the roof on. Plenty more to come.

📣 Another week, another big step forward.

⭐ The frames and trusses are now in, and the structure is really starting to come together. Next week, the focus shifts to the rafters as we continue working our way through the build.

💪 This is progress at its finest. You can see the hard work starting to show, with each stage bringing the project closer to the finished property.

🤝 From the slab to the frame and now the roof, every stage takes planning, precision and plenty of hard work from the team on the ground.

✨ As we spoke about in our last post, it’s often the unique features that become the ones people remember and talk about. At this property, light became a prominent feature throughout the bathrooms, giving each space its own personality.

💡 From the feature lighting behind the mirror in the additional bathroom, to the illuminated shower niches in the main ensuite and secondary bathroom, perfect for keeping your shampoo and conditioner within easy reach, every detail was designed to stand out.

🏠Even the lighting underneath the bathroom drawers adds another layer, creating a modern and unique finish. This home was specifically designed with light in mind, and you can certainly see its personality shine through. From the mirror to the shower niches and the lighting beneath the bathroom drawers, each feature plays its part in making this build unique.

📸 Last week, we said we were letting the photos do the talking. This week, we’re stepping inside. A room that can definitely divide opinions is the bathroom. Everyone has their own taste, their own style and their own idea of what makes a bathroom stand out.

🛁 When we photographed this ensuite and secondary bathroom, they both had a different flavour. Bright, unique and full of features that give each space its own personality. From the beautiful bathtub to the polished taps, stylish bathroom units and statement bowl basins, this bathroom was designed to stand out.

✨ Bathrooms might be a matter of personal taste, but there’s no denying these features make a statement. We love adding those unique touches that make a project feel truly different.
