Severe water leak under the slab at this property.

To avoid cutting up and reinstating a large amount of concrete, we surface-mounted the water feed. This not only saved the customer from unnecessary concrete work, but also makes any future repairs much easier if there is ever an issue.

This job required us to disconnect all natural gas/appliances and neatly install the new Electric hot water unit by the staircase.
