6 bedrooms, a media room, studio, office, big garage, two huge living spaces... What do you think a house like this is best for?

Personally, my vote is: the *ultimate* family reunion accommodation. Enough private spaces that everyone is comfortable, but plenty of gathering space as well. Put this in a gorgeous rural location, and wow... my family would never leave.

This is the very first Ravenwood we ever built — tucked into the hills of Queenstown, New Zealand. The alpine-inspired styling has stayed one of our most popular designs ever since: high ceilings, a versatile layout that suits many families.

ARBOUR UPDATE | Burleigh Heads 🏗️

Straight from the drone: the Arbour's H-shaped layout is really coming into its own on this sloped Burleigh Heads site.

That near-black cladding is looking incredible against the greenery, and if the exterior is turning heads already, wait until you see what's happening inside.

We caught up with the owner-builder on site recently and he's got some great plans for the interior fit-out. We'll have a video coming soon walking through the indoor progress and what's next. Stay tuned for that video!

Walking around the frame before the roof goes on 🎥 There's something about seeing a home at this stage — every room already readable, just open to the sky.

Ever wondered how your steel frame actually comes together? 🏭⚙️

We took the cameras into our steel frame provider's Brisbane factory to show you the Scotpanel machine in action. Feed a coil of raw steel in one end, and it folds, crimps, cuts, and punches holes with precision — all in one continuous process.

Then watch it come full circle as the team assembles a complete frame right there on camera. From coil to frame, made locally.

Up in the air over Nerang for this one 🚁 The Beau is coming together beautifully.

Fun fact about this build: it's on a splitter block — the family divided their existing property to create this as a completely separate title, own address and all. Big blocks, big possibilities 👀

4 bedrooms, all upstairs. Downstairs is all living space, garage, laundry, entry — total separation between rest and everyday life.
