Confession: this one’s a little overdue 🙈

Here’s The Spur in Worongary, QLD. When we visited, the scaffolding was still up while the parapets were being painted and the external cladding went on. It’s coming along nicely!

Inside, we take a look at both master bedrooms. One already has some internal walls up, so you can really see it taking shape.

The Spur has 2 master bedrooms, one on each side of a really big lounge area. It’s a great setup for multi-generational families, and it could work just as well for less conventional households too.

This Edoras build is complete and just getting the finishing touches inside.

You can see they decided to make some changes to the exterior look. With our kit homes, you can opt for nearly any cladding option that exists, or any combination.

We love to visit our clients who are building on islands. Our director Keith has a boat to make the rounds every now and again.

Well... not everything went to plan last time. 😅 One engine failure plus one king tide later, and he ended up stranded for days.

We want to share our huge appreciation for Marine Rescue Queensland. The least we could do is upload some drone photos of you guys doing what you do best.

Ever thought about splitting your block? These owners realized they weren't making the most of their yard space, so instead of extending, they subdivided, and this build now has its own title.

Welcome back to the Beau in Nerang, QLD. 🏡

Cladding is going up now (EasyLap by James Hardie — closer look coming in a future video), and the scaffolding comes down in a few days. You'll notice how close the two homes sit — that's the trade-off with a splitter block.

Inside: a 2-storey, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom design with the garage and living space downstairs and all the bedrooms upstairs.

Not everyone can split their block, but when the yard's there, it's a great option to consider. More updates on The Beau coming soon!
