The winner of Employee of the Month is Sadie Sands! 👏
Sadie’s growth within Proximity Plumbing has been incredible. She started with the business as a CSR and has worked her way up to now overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire business.
She plays a major role in keeping everything running smoothly, supporting the team, managing problems as they arise and helping run the business on behalf of William and Emily.
Sadie takes an enormous amount of ownership and responsibility in her role. She is constantly looking for ways to improve processes, support the team and make sure the business continues moving forward.
This award recognises not only the work Sadie has put in this month, but how far she has come within the business and the level of trust and responsibility she now carries.
