Our job is making sure it doesn’t stay there. Drafting, design and 3D renders are part of our process, so you can see that version of your home on paper and on screen before anything happens on site.

Luxury spaces don’t have to be huge.

A sneak peek at our recently completed Sylvania Project — a complete design and construct package delivered alongside the team at Decros Vanhoten.

The brief was to maximise every square metre, creating a considered, strata-approved outdoor entertaining space that could be enjoyed year-round. An insulated Versiclad roof and automated ZipScreens provide protection from the elements, while the sauna forms the centrepiece of the space.

Achieving this level of functionality within a compact footprint came down to a detailed pre-construction design process — listening carefully to what mattered most to our clients and understanding exactly how they wanted to use the space, day in and day out.

Because true luxury isn’t measured in square metres. It’s found in spaces designed entirely around the way you live.
