ACIRT welcomes ASIC's new regulation, reinforcing our 30-year foundation of trust. This ruling requires stronger governance and an AFS Licence, effective 2026. General Manager Dascia Bennett confirms that compliance is absolutely in the best interests of our 95,000 members, strengthening ACIRT as your trusted safety net.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of ACIRT Board Member Brian Seidler.

Brian, the Executive Director of the Master Builders Association of NSW, was instrumental in the formation of ACIRT over 30 years ago and has remained a passionate advocate and Board contributor throughout that time.

Brian always showed leadership and endeavoured to ensure ACIRT was recognised as an important contributor to the lives of thousands of construction workers and their families.

He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him. On behalf of the ACIRT Board and staff, we send our sincere condolences to Brian’s family.
