September Recap.

About a month ago I found this motor serving a return air fan had failed. Sub-contractor came in and installed a new motor along with fixing the bracket and making sure the alignment was perfect.

Re-commissioning the fan ran into a hiccup where the thermistor was still in fault. First time coming across these so took a minute to figure out why the VSD wasn’t running even when we had our enable and 0-10V input.

I’ve been testing out the Seeker Pro 4 by Olight on site. Not your typical work light as it’s not magnetic but it is perfect for those inspection jobs like checking dampers or ceiling spaces.
