First job back after holidays. Before and after shots of our backyard transformation. New steel post, concrete sleeper retaining walls 52 metres in total. Pavers removed and new turf laid. It’s been a massive 8 days but the boys killed it.

Our Kearns project is coming along nicely. 2 weeks in and we have installed a new double stacker door and servery window, removed internal walls and stripped out the ensuite. New kitchen and vanity cabinets installed. The next couple of weeks will be exciting as we finish off this project with some top class finishes

What a difference a couple of weeks can make. With water damage to the top floor and tiles falling off we stripped back both ceilings and re- built the top floor deck. Removed all the colonial trims, handrails and posts and replaced them with new 140x140 posts to give this place a fantastic new look. The old stairs were jackhammed out with new staris built and lined with composite decking boards. We waterproofed both decks and laid new bluestone tiles. Our painter has done an incredible job. New powder coated balustrade being installed tomorrow and we are done.

Our Cobbity bathroom Reno is working out great. We removed the shower / bath combination and turned it into a shower only. Stressful work cutting out the tiles and not damage the existing walls and floor. The owner has gone with a vibrant coloured subway tile on the walls. Looking forward to seeing this one completed.

Our laundry renovation in Minto is taking shape. Full strip-out. Moved the shower across the back wall and the toilet to the center of the wall to make more room. We added a niche in the shower and have new joinery coming. All ready for the tiler to start.
