Annandale is at the final breath. Scaffolding down, lines exposed, nothing left to hide behind. Every external element now carries its weight and tells the story of what went into this build.
The Cemintel Barestone cladding sits firm and unapologetic. Solid, grounded, exact. It doesn’t try to stand out, it just owns its place. The Colorbond roof sheeting cuts through above it, sharp and deliberate, locking the whole form together with clean, controlled lines.
And then the cobblestone driveway. Heavy underfoot, textured, permanent. It sets the tone before you even reach the front door. This isn’t a finish you rush. It’s placed piece by piece, built to last, built to belong.
Twelve months on site. Every decision, every adjustment, every push to get it right.
