APPA brings together four specialist businesses across design, architecture, construction, manufacturing and procurement, delivering integrated solutions for high-end projects across Australia and Asia-Pacific since 2011. Since 2011, APPA (AusPacific Prestige Alliance) has brought together specialist capabilities across design, architecture, construction, manufacturing, procurement and international project delivery, supporting high-end projects across Australia and Asia-Pacific. Today, APPA operates through four specialist businesses, each focused on a distinct area of the project journey:
Goodworks — Commercial Fitouts & Local Manufacturing
Delivering premium commercial interiors, bespoke joinery and project delivery, supported by our local manufacturing capability in Sydney. AusPacificWorks — International Project Delivery
Connecting Australia and Asia through project coordination, manufacturing oversight, quality assurance and cross-border delivery. PrestigeWorks — Luxury Residential Construction
Focused on high-end residential projects, bringing together considered construction, project management and attention to detail from planning through to completion. AllianceWorks — Procurement & Custom Manufacturing
Providing strategic sourcing, procurement and custom manufacturing through established supplier and manufacturing networks across Asia. Each business operates with its own specialist expertise, while APPA provides the structure to bring those capabilities together when a project requires a broader, integrated approach. This gives our clients greater flexibility, stronger coordination and access to trusted expertise across different stages and markets. We work alongside brands, developers, architects, designers and industry partners across retail, hospitality, hotels, workplaces, residential and commercial projects, building relationships based on quality, reliability, transparency and long-term value. From early design and planning through to procurement, manufacturing, construction, delivery and ongoing support, our focus is simple: bringing the right expertise together to deliver each project well. Four Specialists. Connected by APPA.
