Two balcony renovations we undertook in Balgowlah Heights.
The client reached out and told us he had water getting in.
After inspection we concluded it was a waterproofing issue, and went from there.
The amount of rot we found was to be expected but what really shocked us was the whole corner of the back balcony wasn’t sitting on anything due to the post rotting through.
Who knows how much longer it would’ve held!?
Thanks to for the tiling works 👏
