Coastal Curve—living and dining zones unfold around a deep central courtyard that demarcates open-plan living from the kitchen while maintaining connection.

Once enclosed, the courtyard draws natural light and greenery into the heart of the home, opening sight lines, illuminating ground floor bedrooms and reinforcing a seamless dialogue between light, landscape and interior.
