Chalouhi is pleased to announce that our valued client, Parkview Constructions Pty Ltd., has awarded us the excavation and shoring works for Aeris, Melrose Park.

Located within Aeris, Melrose Park, this project will deliver three residential towers above a five-level basement, contributing to the growth of a high-quality urban community.

Our scope includes bulk excavation, shoring, foundation piling, anchoring, shotcrete, and detailed excavation. Delivered within a highly constrained environment, the project requires complex sequencing, advanced piling methodologies, and proactive re-engineering to manage ground conditions and maintain program certainty.

This award reflects Chalouhi’s proven capability in delivering technically complex, time-critical excavation and shoring packages and reinforces our strong partnership with Parkview Constructions.

Our responsibility doesn’t stop at construction sites or building infrastructure. In February 2026, we stood behind families when they needed it most at the Taylor Charity Golf Day, hosted by Taylor Australia at St Michael’s Golf Club.

As Major Sponsor, our involvement went beyond sponsorship. Plenty of time spent around the plans on this one. The team worked closely with the client and engineers in Double Bay to make sure everything lined up before we moved. That kind of coordination is what keeps the rest running smoothly.

• Cased CFA secant piles to boundary retention
• Capping beam installation
• Hydraulic bracing to all elevations
• Shotcrete to piled walls
• Bulk excavation to 10m
• Dewatering system installation
• Permanent ground-floor slab as excavation truck platform
• Design and value engineering support
• 69/72 piles completed
• 1,570/1,639 metres drilled

With 96% overall piling completion, the team continues to deliver with precision and discipline. We're in the final stretch of piling and tracking strongly towards the next stages of excavation works.
