EDSRING is proud to have recently delivered the successful make good and internal refurbishment of the Australia Post outlet at Sunshine Plaza on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

As part of the modernisation program at Australia Post, Maroochydore PO closed, and Sunshine Plaza PO was upgraded to accommodate post office boxes, which also included new Smart Parcel Lockers to allow customers 24-hour access to collect their parcels.

The scope included;

-Demolition and new internal fitout – new internal walls, doors and relocation the counters to suit the new layout and create a larger back of house space.

-New internal racking

-New flooring

-Installation of lighting to suit new layout

-New data rack and Power/Data to suit

-Relocation of Maroochydore post office boxes and Sunshine Plaza post office boxes into new Front Loading POB Spinning Units.

- The POB Lobby space was also widened to accommodate the Smart Parcel Lockers.

- Electrical, mechanical, and fire services upgrades to suit the new layout

- Painting, internal & external

- New Australia Post signing to suit brand standards

Working within a live and operational site brought its share of complexities, EDSRING Projects Team rose to the challenge — coordinating trades, minimising disruption, and keeping safety front of mind.

Another one successfully delivered by the EDSRING projects team. Well done to all involved!

SIXT Commercial Industrial Site Project - Burpengary QLD

Well, folks, we did it! We’ve officially completed another commercial industrial site project in Burpengary, QLD, for our esteemed client, SIXT. Everything was on point from the first blueprint to the final coat of paint.

Here’s what we accomplished:

- Project Management: From budgeting, project management, and building approvals to scheduling, we made sure everything went smoothly and on Budget.

Works included;
- Fitout of Internal Offices: Custom office fitout
- Management of All Trades from carpentry, electrical, mechanical and fire
- Custom Joinery & Wash Bays: Crafted with care and built for business
- Painting throughout
- Signage
- Custom wash bay
- Building Approvals: Yes, we did all the paperwork. And yes, we got the approvals. On time. Shocking, right?

Big thanks to our esteemed client for trusting us with this project — we’re beyond excited to see the space come to life! And huge shoutout to the fantastic Projects team that made this happen (you know who you are, and yes, we will celebrate later). 🎉

Project Completed – Pullman & Mercure Hotel

We’re proud to have successfully completed this flooring upgrade for the Pullman & Mercure Hotel - This project involved:

✅ Removal & Preparation – Safely removing and storing all kitchen equipment, disconnecting gas and electrical connections, and removing existing flake and vinyl flooring using dust-captive diamond grinding across the main kitchen, cool room, freezer, and dry storage areas.

✅ Minimizing Disruptions – A key challenge was ensuring part of the site remained accessible to hotel staff while preventing any dust contamination in food preparation areas. Our team implemented strict containment measures to maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the project.

✅ New Flooring System – Once the substrate was ready, we applied a 5mm Sika Purcem 21N polyurethane cement flooring system, followed by a Sikafloor 31N topcoat for durability and hygiene. The installation included a 10mm arrowhead aluminium cove trim, ensuring a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

All works were completed in just one week! Our Projects team made a fantastic effort to deliver seamless, high-quality results while maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards.
