I’m super excited to announce that my humble little project has been shortlisted to win the Best Apartment/Townhouse category for the 2020 Randwick City Architecture & Urban Design awards!! The winner will be announced at the end of October but I’m chuffed just to be in the final four!

This project started in 2017 with an ambitious but clear vision of developing three high-end townhouses on a small block of 570sqm. The client wanted to introduce the feel of a 'Paddington terrace' to the site, located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Randwick. It spent 6 months in council. We ultimately went through multiple design reiterations, and have finally ended up with three top quality, four-level, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, double garaged residences each. 3 years in the making, I am very proud of this project as I know that we agonized over every centimeter and smallest detail to produce this beautiful result.
