On a precipitous site in Bronte, where neighbouring rooftops fall two or three storeys below, our Bronte home is progressing on site. Fresh, coastal and pragmatic, the residence is driven by a context carved by the relentless sweep and spill of wind and sea, with architecture wielded to make the extraordinary topography feel effortless

The original cottage front is preserved, with a contemporary extension unfolding behind it. A new entry draws you in to the new home, wrapping around a central courtyard and pool. Old and new sit in dialogue, while the garden becomes an extension of the interiors

Behind every concept is a quieter act of discovery

We believe in evocative, original architecture that tells a story. Designs that reflect the essence of their inhabitants — embedded with authenticity, crafted with character, and inspired by curiosity

It is through this process of curation, layering ideas, materials, and inspiration, that a vision begins to take shape. Daring ourselves to think differently to deliver homes that elevate and enhance the lives of those that experience them

The house unfolds from intimate to expansive, creating a natural flow between the original cottage, new living spaces and courtyard beyond

Good design doesn't happen in isolation. It is shaped by constant observation, conversation and an appreciation for the pieces that continue to influence the way we think about space
