⛈️ How about that afternoon storm, Sydney! What a backdrop it gave us for some great shots of our current Greystanes build!

This home is really starting to show its personality. The external facade has now taken its final form, with the beautiful natural stonework, crisp architectural lines and colour palette coming together brilliantly. We are now just awaiting the front door, which our clients have chosen to organise themselves. 🏡✨

Inside, the transformation is well underway. Joinery has commenced and those incredible voids and open spaces are beginning to show exactly what this home is going to become.

And then there is that curved feature fireplace wall… 😍🔥

A personal favourite of mine on this build. The soft curved form against the strong architectural lines throughout the home is something a little different and creates a real statement without being overdone. Once the fireplace and final finishes are completed, this is going to be an absolutely stunning focal point.

Simply WOW. 👌

What we particularly love about this project is the facade. Our clients came to us with a number of ideas and inspirations for how they wanted their home to look. Rather than choosing from a catalogue of predetermined facades, we worked with those ideas to create something specifically for them.

That is what true custom design is about.

🏡 Bella Vista Progress Update

A lot happens before the plasterboard goes on, and this is where the quality of a home is truly built.

Our Bella Vista project is continuing to take shape, with structural framing, steelwork, windows and external render now coming together. Every detail at this stage is carefully checked to ensure the finished home performs just as well as it looks.

One of the standout features of this home will be the impressive open voids, designed to flood the living spaces with natural light while creating a real sense of scale and luxury. Combined with expansive glazing and generous open plan living, this home is going to be something very special.

These photos give you a behind the scenes look at the work that most people never get to see. We believe our clients should have confidence in what is behind the walls, not just what is on the surface.
