Clontarf Project

Over 50 x 16m Tasbeams beams craned onto site last week - a massive day for the team getting them all structurally fixed into position.

These stunning beams will remain exposed with hardwood ply sheeting above, becoming a major architectural feature of Watershed’s design.

Sustainably sourced Tasmanian plantation timber, Tasbeams provide the strength for large spans while bringing warmth and natural character to the design.

The Colchester - Kitchen Details

Framed by expansive glazing and multiple skylights, the kitchen is flooded with natural light throughout the day.
Monet Calacatta marble forms the centrepiece, while the beams flow seamlessly from the kitchen to the outdoor entertaining area, creating a strong connection between the two spaces and making the kitchen the true heart of the home.

From the heritage detailing and natural stone to the joinery, proportions and finishes. At The Colchester, every decision was about respecting the original character while creating a home that feels completely considered today.
